I came in at 8 pm with an online order. I have a wife that is 27 weeks pregnant. It’s my first and I am not prepared. I made the mistake of leaving off a side of Mac and cheese. The male that took my order was very patient & understanding! I hadn't been in there in awhile but a friend wanted popeyes & she treated me. Customer service was just as good as the food!!!!

I'm not sure why but the drive through was redirected for customers to come inside. The speaker was working. Other than that, the service was great and the food was good. God bless this Popeyes team!! They are always short staffed, but they care about their customers and work hard to show it. They are so friendly, courteous, and you can tell they love working there and helping people. Local manager: you should give your current team a raise—and maybe hire some help

It's a really clean and quiet location, which is crazy since it's on one of the main drags of Memphis. I've never had to wait long for food here.
