This was my first time visiting Crumpy's in a very long time. I hesitate a lot because of the location, but I was able to go in and place my order, sit in my car, and get my order with no problems. The food and staff were excellent. Chicken was cooked just like I love it.

Food is always on point here. Customer service is a toss up most days but the one thing is always constant, the consistency of their product. This place has the best hot wings in the Memphis metro area.

They have the best hot wings in the world!! I’ve traveled all around the U.S.A & I always crave Crumpys not matter where I travel to. It’s best to call in so that you don’t have to wait. The staff is always polite & the food is always fresh. Their red Kool-Aid is the bomb. They understand the assignment when you say you want extra crispy. The flavor is always on point.

Hands down the best tasting wings in the city. 5 stars for taste and prep of food. I would give them 3 stars for customer service. Too often they go for hours and refuse to answer the phone, or put you on hold and never come back to the phone.

My first time getting food from Crumpy's. The wings and fried green tomatoes were the bomb!!! Wings were substantially bigger than I've had at other establishments. I'll definitely be returning for more. DELICIOUS!!

The wings are always fresh and delicious! The skin is crispy and the wings juicy and pull apart easily😋 You can actually taste the pride in these wings. They have a recipe that’s different from the other wing competitors and theirs I rank the best. I see comments/complaints in some of the reviews. Well I’d rather wait in the place where my food is cooked to order and not just cooking wings as a chain and food not good.

I had their 5pc boneless wings, suicide sauce. It's my second time trying it and it's full of flavor and very tasty but I will not the suicide again. That is very spicy next time I will try their extra hot 🔥 and see how I do. I say come and give it a try.
