Always good food and sevice. Sad they no longer have karaoke night on Thursdays. Parking is not great for this location is the only problem.
We went there for lunch/brunch on a Sunday. The service was very good. I had a cheeseburger, and my wife had the chicken Cesar salad. Both orders were good, the salad was excellent.

The chicken fried steak with fried okra and mashed potatoes was pretty basic, but overall good. The pot roast was the best!! So much food and great flavor.

This was my second time visiting this location. My first time was pleasurable enough that I knew I would be back. This visit exceeded my 1st (mainly due to the bar attendance's attentiveness. The first time it sucked but the food was good). On that first visit we saw a delicious burger being served
We sat on the patio and it was nice. The inside was busy. Their wasn’t many bugs bothering us and the temp was just right. Our waitress was punctual and nice. Food was cooked just right and flavorful. Drinks were strong too. I’m going to sit in the inside next time!!
Never been there, but it was recommended by my former barbar and she is also my wife's beautian. It was excellent. Just looks like an old bar. But it is more and very clean!
Food was great. Great atmosphere. Must be 21 n older to get in. They check id immediately. There is quite a bit of smoking as well. Non smokers beware. Fish basket was phenomenal!! ALSO PLEASE TRY THE CREAM SPINACH. ITS SERIOUSLY AMAZING!!!! Enjoy yall!!!!!!
Visited for a late lunch on Saturday, so it was quiet. We had a lovely server who took great care of us. Food was spot on, prepared with care and delicious. If staying longer we would definitely have returned.

The Shrimp Po Boy and the Hot Wing rolls were amazing! Local hotspot and covid friendly. Layed back atmosphere and good classics to listen too.
Had the grilled chicken, steamed spinach, and wild rice. Food was fantastic!! Was sad to see that no beer was available on tap, only cans for now. Love coming here, and very glad to see that they have re-opened!
Went to TJ Mlligans first. Got called a motherf***er by one the drunks at the bar. Waited 3 minutes and no staff showed up. Left and came to the Blue Monkey on a whim. Great service by Mya. Bisque is the best I've had in a long time. And all I wanted was a plain baked potato but isn't on the menu b
Mitown, cooper young are has a great atmosphere and The Blue Monkey has great food and is a perfect place to have a drink and people watch.
First visit to the Midtown location, very cool rustic interior... Really good catfish and Mac n cheese😋
