My family and I love going to godiva, not just because it's a fun treat but also because the manager, Ms. Mary is so friendly and kind! We are typically greeted by name and made to feel so welcome in the store. We have always received stellar customer service from all the staff. We have certain dietary restrictions and the staff are always happy to help find the information for us, always showing patience even if they need to look at several different boxes from the stock room to find it.

Great experience! I took my two young nieces who have never had Godiva chocolates. Boy were they missing out! I wanted them to try the chocolate covered strawberries.
We bought a package of them as well as several individual truffles that were on sale. The lady who was working there was named Mary and she truly went out of her way to help us and be very kind...she even gave us three extra strawberries for free!!! She was very helpful and generous to us. She pointed out all of the sales and suggested things that would be good for the girls to try.
Mary went above and beyond to help us and it was right at closing time so I know she had to be tired! Great experience in that particular Godiva and of course always delicious chocolates because they are from Godiva😁🤩🍬🍫🍪

I absolutely love this place.... Every state or city I visit I look for one. Memphis don't have ice cream in their store but other state's do. The ice cream is so good.. I love the chocolate lixter. The employees are very nice especially this older lady. She was the one that inspired me seek other Godiva. Try the candy... Expensive but worth it... I support this business... Great Job

The staff here is wonderful and take their time to understand your needs and help to customize a selection that's just for you. Their manager even recognizes me and many of her regular visitors and really makes the experience top notch!
The rewards program is awesome and lets you pick a free truffle from their case once a month if you have spent $10.00 in that year. I've been coming here since I could barely see over their counter and plan on coming back for years to come.

Godiva has the best candy ever. It is so delicious it will make you slap yourself and think twice about that delicious taste of chocolate covered strawberries and the candy. The hot chocolate is so good with milk, it will make you slap yourself for real. I love the rewards program and that is great too. Thanks Godiva for making my birthday special on February 11:)

August 9 2014. The sign with the hours of operation clearly stated 9:00 pm but the doors were locked and the workers inside ignored our request for service. If you close at 8:50 put it on the door otherwise stay open and serve customers.
