Why are you not there now?. Having worked in the area for years, my office mates and I could be considered regulars. On a scale of 1-10, I would say the service is about a 9. The only reason I go with a 9 is that we have had a incident or two with some new wait staff. It's completely understandable since they were new and the manager ALWAYS made sure it was resolved, so don't look at it as a negative. Service is definitely excellent!!
If you haven't been there before, take my advice and get the white cheese dip. No, it's not healthy, it's full of rich cheese and heavy cream, but O.M.G, some things are worth a few days off your life. The cheese dip is AWESOME.
I have tried a number of items over our many trips for lunch and so far I haven't tried ANYTHING that I didn't love. The fajitas are awesome, the quesadillas are excellent. The standards like tacos and burritos are always fresh and hot.
I could write a novel about this place but could sum it up in one phrase: " If you haven't been, GO. If you haven't been in a while, get back over there. If your're there, save me a seat, I'm on my way!!!"
A refreshing alternative to "mid-south Tex-Mex". Good prices, friendly staff, and an unexpected "freshness" of the food so far away from the border. The chicken fajitas were nicely seasoned and very delicious. I ordered a two taco combo plate as many places will focus on specialty dishes and allow simple dishes be medeocre. Not in this case. All dishes were presented with the same great taste and preparation. Even the kids meals (chicken fingers) used quality whole strips of chicken versus processed ground chicken often used. Good job!
I love this place, they give you a lot of food, fast service and it’s CHEAP…
My first visit but I'll defintely want to go back. My companions had been before and recommended fajitas which I like. We all ordered fajitas - all enjoyed them and had enough to take a snack portion home. The menu was large and I didn't really explore as I went with fajitas in mind. As good as they were I'll try something else next time.
My family and I have been eating here for over a decade. Los Pilares rarely lets us down. Good food at fair prices and usually pretty good service too. Since the pandemic began I have seen so many businesses, especially food places, go downhill, but this place is still a solid trusted go-to for good Mexican food with a nice environment I've never regretted taking my family with small children to.
I always come here often for a shrimp chimichanga and its perfect everytime and is so very delicious. The salsa is so flavorful with a hint of spice. And the cheese dip is excellent too. They do good business and are consistent with quality 😋

My family eats a Los Pilares regularly. The service is always top notch: professional and courteous! And the food is superb. The fish tacos and arroz con Pollo are very flavorful. The food and service are consistently great.
The food was great! Service was the best I have had in ages. Our waiter was always there when we needed, but he was not hovering. Comfortable atmosphere, and really good, reasonably priced food.
Excellent food! All fresh ingredients. I had the burrito Mexicano. The pork was tender and very flavorful. Would recommend to anyone wanting a taste of Mexican Cuisine.
Great prices and you have large portions! I recommend this Mexican food restaurant above all!
FOOD WAS ON POINT!!!!! Best in town in my opinion. Only reason I gave service and atmosphere 4 stars was the server was very short and inpersonable but got everything perfect and was attentive to our needs. And the atmosphere isn't any different then any other chain restaurants out there.
