I've loved the food truck and didn't think it could get any better, but I was wrong. The restaurant is understated- it's clean and nice, but the focus is on the fabulous food. The pairings are fresh and fun and everything on the menu is excellent.
The service is great also. Highly recommended. Go with friends and order a few things and share. You won't be disappointed.

I was introduced to this food truck turn restaurant by my sister this past Saturday. Wow! The food was pretty good. It was definitely a fusion of flavors. We're Asians(Cambodian) and even my parents loved all the dishes we got. We got 2 orders of gyoza, 2 spicy crawfish nachos, shrimp fried rice, Japanese Spring Roll and Godzilla. We ate family style, meaning we shared all the dishes. We look forward to eating here again on our next visit to Memphis.

The food was excellent , and the service was good. They set the expectation up front that our rolls would take some time to come out. That made the entire expierence great. We had the Spring and Egg roles. I will have the again. Gyoza was on point. I recommend M-Town to make this your place to eat.

We were driving in from Jackson, MS so decided to drop by. We got the 901 sushiritto and to our surprise it was super delicious! Staff was friendly, there's tons of fish in it, we couldn't stop eating it!! We'll definitely be back.

Loved it! Everything was incredibly fresh and the staff was great. My husband said the gyoza and sauce was the best he's ever had. Highly recommend the 901 Burrito. Definitely a huge portion.
Seating was a little strange. We were told there was a 15 minute wait for the kitchen. I said that was fine and asked if we could just sit and order drinks and wait to order food and we were told no. There's not much space to wait so it was a little strange. Other than that, great place and will definitely be back.

Jimmi’s is literally the only sushi I will ever eat again. He has the best food not only in town, but that I’ve ever had. Chef is always down to do whatever you might like and he always takes care of you. The staff in the restaurant is super friendly and everyone is great. We love ya Jimmy!

The sushi was wonderful, especially the rice. The Vegan roll was great! The spicy mayo was to die for. The only issue I had was the sushi burrito was a little hard to eat. Making the burrito available as a regular roll would be awesome! It would make it easier to taste all the flavors at once. Other than that, it was amazing! Great job!

We celebrated our 32nd Anniversary by enjoying a delicious dinner at Sushi Jimmi’s! It was our 1st visit and won’t be our last. The spicy crawfish nachos, chicken tacos, the special roll, The Transformer were great and so much food we couldn’t begin to finish and brought plenty home to enjoy the next day! We also agreed they have the best fried rice we've ever had! Fabulous!

The wait time can suck at times, but omg it's worth the wait. Best sushi ever. My favorite is the Godzilla roll. Mouth watering! Many times I will call ahead place my order. Then go through the drive thru and it's ready to be picked up. Love this place!

Best Korean BBQ Ive had since Azekaa on Maui. Superman roll was off the chart. By far the best sushi weve had since Hawaii. Our new sushi spot. Jimmi youre going to need a bigger building.

Incredible staff, chefs, and menu.... and that is coming from someone who doesn't really enjoy sushi. Menus offers some different takes on sushi that I find more enjoyable than the traditional stuff, but they have that as well. Get the spicy crawfish nachos....incredible.
