After watching The Bear, I really wanted to taste a hot Italian Beef without having to go all the way to Chicago. Mr. Rusty’s is located near the airport and offers a tasty sandwich. The customer service is friendly and impeccable. She asked me how I wanted my sandwich and talked to through it. I got the Italian beef hot, loaded, and dipped. Even after taking it home, it was still hot and delicious. I took a picture of the menu so I can go back and try more. 10/10 would recommend

My husband and I came from Bartlett/ Lakeland area and had a lunch date at Mr Rusty's. We love the city of Chicago
and Chicago's authenticity when it comes to food. This is the spot!!! The food and customer service were excellent. The owner even came to our table to greet and welcome us. However, the hours are Monday- Friday 1030am- 300pm, so plan ahead.....IT'S DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!!

I have been scouring Memphis for a long time for a decent taste of home...Chicago style italian beef & Gyros. Mr. Rustys hit the spot! This is my go to for Chicago style fast food from now on. The service was excellent & fast. I would have given 5 stars but
the italian beef could have a little bigger like Chicago & the dipping juice could have a bit more seasoning...like the Chi but over all it was very good. The gyro was on point too! Food was great! I will be back...soon!

Finally got over to Mr. Rusty's today. If you're a fan of traditional dipped Italian Beef sandwiches, get yourself there. I didn't get any sport or sweet peppers for my first time because I really wanted to taste the beef, bread, and meat juices. No regrets.

Food was AMAZING!! I've been to Chicago a few times and I love the food there. This gem in West Memphis DID NOT disappoint. Authentic Chicago foods and everyone there was very nice and pleasant. Too bad this was the last day of vacation and headed home because I would DEFINITELY eat here again!

The food was amazing. I had the gyro and my wife had the Chicago dog. The gyro was one of the best I've had. Will definitely be stopping in for lunch more often.

Brings Chicago to the South. Absolutely love this place as it reminds me of home- Chicago. Rusty is amazing and got me my own bottle of Chicago mild sauce like Harold's. His Italian Beef, Gyros and Polishes are just like Maxwells! Awesome food with a Southern flair baby! Love it.

It's kind of a hole in the wall kinda place, and those usually serve the nest food. Service was pretty normal. He took my order and told me it would be ready in 7 minutes. I ordered a lot of food so it took about 15. The gyro and cheeseburger were both delicious, but the gyro was better. The burger was just like any other, but the gyro was an experience in itself. Haven't tried anything else but I will soon.

Just recently got a job near the airport and the options for lunch are limited however once I came here for the first time, I have been back and back and back! Rusty and his team are very hardworking and caring about their business and food quality. So far I have been testing out everything on the menu and haven’t been disappointed yet 🥰🥰

Yes yes yes, if the question is how close is it to actual Chicago food, the answer is yes. So far I've only had the Italian beef. It's been so good that I went back the next day for another. Idk about the rest of the menu but if you from the Windy City and looking to reconnect this is currently the best place I can recommend.

Still amazing if you haven't been yet you are missing out. I've now had the gyro, the Polish, the hotdog, the pizza puff, the wings, the.. well you get it I've been exploring the menu and have never been disappointed. If I could I'd give Mr Rusty 10 stars I would. Oh did I mention the mild sauce 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

It's still 🔥🔥🔥 but you gotta get there early. They are only open until 3p and that's the days they are open There have been some price increases and apparently fries no longer just come with every sandwich there is a charge now (which I wasn't told until I arrived to pick it up). You can't sit and eat here but I recommend picking something up, it's still worth the trip.

Mr. Rusty's provides the "Authentic" flavor of Chicago with a taste of Southern hospitality and that mom and pop feel to it. Umm-ummm DELCIOUS!!! Surely a taste of Chicago, especially the Itallian Beef sandwich. I visited Chicago often. The guys there are very professional as well. We were well pleased with the service/food. :)

Chicago style dog. I think that Mr. Rusty's Real Tast of Chicago is authentic in its taste of a Chicago style hot dog and polish. I'm from Chicago and while visiting in Memphis, I seen the sign and said, "let me see if this is real Chicago style food." To my surprise it tasted just like a chicago style polish. I also tried the Italian Beef and boy was it tasty. I will definitely be visiting Mr. Rusty's when I am back in Memphis.
