In a city where the service and quality at 99% of fast food restaurants seem to be designed to convince you not to return, this Back Yard Burgers has both good quality and good customer service. I've been impressed the few times I've had the chance to visit. Thanks, keep it up!
Whenever I'm in town I always have too stop by and get a burger from any of there location in the area. I'm never disappointed and as always it's worth the wait for me. Customer service at this location was great and I appreciate it.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Fries were fresh and hot, drink was refreshing and just the right amount of ice. Burger had fresh vegetables, bun soft but my pattie was overcooked and hard. Will go back again but will ask for burger to be cooked medium.
It's a frequent favorite. Best fries in town. Love the coupons from their app. Got a BYOB tonight.
Service a little slower than usual tonight (union and Bellevue location) but not terrible.
I went here around my lunch time which was 11:00 a.m. i only ordered the Bacon Burger (sandwich only). It was very fresh and hot. My lunch is only 30 minutes i was able to get back to work, eat and clock back in at 11:30 a.m. Definitely visiting again.
Visited the Union Ave location tonight. The staff was attentive, answered my questions and were patient while I ordered. My food was hot and order was correct. Great job y'all!
The Hawaiian grilled chicken sandwich and fries was the best. Had not eaten there in a long time. I really enjoyed it.
