Popeyes is hard to mess up but the service could use some work. I went through the drive through and had to repeat my order 3 times and then again go through my order at the window because the cashier still hadn't remembered what I said. The time before last I went, I was in the drive through for ab
The food was good, the service was okay, and it was easy to get in and out of. Thre ice machine was broken, and they didn't have self serve drinks in the lobby.
5 stars because of the young ladies at the drive thru on Macon Rd. Pooh was the one that took my order. She was polite, funny and also saved me a few coins. The young lady at the window was very polite as well. Didn't have to ask for any condiments what so ever. These days and times I welcome great
Have never been here before and won't go back. The chicken didn't taste good and they left out fries on both our orders. The red beans and rice was good and husband's shrimp was good
Tried this location a second time to see if I should update my review. Ordered 2 sandwiches, paid for 2 sandwiches, received 1 sandwich. The cashier argued with me saying I received 2 sandwiches and was lying. Left with only one sandwich and no refund. I will not give this location another try.
Never fails...food order is always wrong and not so fresh. This time I tried going when they first opened. I just give up... thanks Popeyes but no thanks!!
This is the best Popeye in Memphis. Chicken is always fresh and hot. The line is always long but it's worth it
Always a long wait through the drive thru. Wait time is 30 mins to 1.5 hrs. Cannot go inside to eat or place to go orders.
