Justin P. took my order, l am hard of hearing. He was so gentle and sweet with me. Most of the young people l deal with are so rude and disrespectful. He was a true delight. My food was excellent. My burger perfectly dressed. I first went to this location in 1964.l will be back.
Fast friendly attentive service. Cashier placed her call in order on hold to take my order. Nice friendly atmosphere. Food looks great tastes delicious. The double cheese burger is awesome! Plenty of locations in Memphis.
Went for lunch today since I’ve been drooling over that bbq bologna sandwich sign that’s been outside and lemme tell you!!! Tops BBQ did NOT disappoint. It was delicious and everyone was so kind! To top it off the patio was nice to sit on. We will definitely be back for more.
This was my first time ever stopping here and the manager Ms Amanda made my experience sooooo memorable. I loved the food and the customer service was AMAZING. Best tops in the world hands down!!!!!

Deiilah took my order at 11/8/22 7:08pm I order 2 jumbo bbq sandwiches one was a combo. My food was absolutely horrible my sandwiches were so dry that it reminded me of sand stuffed between a bun. I called them and got no answer so I left a msg. I wasted my money if I knew it was going to be that b

Best Tops location in Memphis! Fast, friendly service and great BBQ served how you ordered it. Jumbo BBQ combo with baked beans, fries, an BBQ fine chopped with light slaw with a sweet tea ! You can't go wrong with that order. I stop by atleast twice a week.
