Decent place to eat! They have good varieties of sandwiches and salads.
I especially like their taco salad, veggie spud and their sweet tea with added peach flavor.
I like the concept of getting half of each item instead of getting huge quantity of one single item (I tend to get bored of eating one huge item).
Their vegetarian options makes this place good for people with different eating preferences.

I really like this little deli the people are extremely nice and the food is always very good! I tend to always get the same thing EVERYTIME I come here lol!!! Next time I’m going to try something different! Kid friendly and clean!! Sweet tea is awesome!

I am so impressed with this location. This is the second go round on me visiting this location. The last time I visited with me and my sisters and now I brought my husband. Michael Macall the manager had waited on us. When I tell you I was having a bad day he just brightened up my day. My tears have turned into smiles. Great customers service is always needed, you never know what a person is going through for that day. Thanks Manager Michael and his excellent team.

McAlister's never disappoints me. Ordered the smoked pepper jack on a croissant with a loaded baked potato & the people are very friendly. The combo was so delicious I ordered another for work tonight & I'll be returning soon to try something new😁

Good tea if you like just basic southern tea. I do and there’s is the best and almost always very cold.
Food is ok, but chips were very stale and old today. Not sure what was up with that. Workers were polite and call in order was very fast.

We came here for lunch and felt so welcomed by the staff. I mean above and beyond. The gentleman ringing us up had a big personality and was SO kind. If I needed to bring someone onto my business I would steal him! PAY THIS MAN MORE! He was so funny as well! We had peach iced teas that were so good and our food was awesome. Best McAlister's experience we have ever had. We will come back and definitely tell our friends this is the best location!!!

Hubby, my son, and I went here for lunch. The cashier was very professional and polite. He was training someone also, kudos to him he was getting that line down and the other workers came out the back and showed great teamwork in getting those orders out. Way to go guys. This is the one on Poplar and Highland.

I usually have a good experience when visiting this Mcalister's. I don't think I've ever had an order to be given to me incorrectly or incomplete from here until today. However, it was a quick/easy fix. They just forgot a bag of chips from one of my kids meals. This happens a lot at other locations though.
I did a call in order and the young lady at the front who helped me today was super sweet and patient as I had 5 different meals in my order. So the customer service was great! The food was good and whenever I'm in the area this is a go-to place for quick but delicious meal!

It's been quite awhile since I've been to McAlister's Deli located in the Poplar Plaza. I stopped by on Sunday, December 19th, 2021..and it's still AMAZING! The food is always good, the restaurant is clean and the staff work very hard..in order to provide the best service that they can for you! I'm definitely looking forward to visiting in the near future! 👍
