Review Cracker Barrel - Memphis

A most not if the lights goes out in the city....workers were out and restaurant was packed. The service was AWFUL but short of workers were the manager's reason 🤔. We were celebrating my sister's 50th birthday with breakfast/brunch. We enjoyed each other as we sat hungry.

Was greeted by reservations with a smile and a long line but that’s OK because we got in there faster than we can bad an eye🙃 server greeted us with a smile and asked wanted something to drink. got our coffee right away place to order right away sirloin steak big boy breakfast was delicious the grandma breakfast delicious everything was nice and hot even the syrup(server-1748292-KalYnn. really on her toes wonderful smile nice personality uniform nice and clean kept my areas clean move the dishes right away asked us if we wanted any desserts or anything to go that’s when we decided to stay a little longer and get the lunch to go trays for five dollars Big help besides meatloaf macaroni and cheese mashed potatoes and a fried chicken to go for five dollars can’t beat that. good service good food will be back there again in and out with a smile.

Okay!!! Visiting from Nashville!!! Great Service from a WONDERFULLY Courteous and on the ball young man!!! CEDRIC worked tirelessly to satisfy our breakfast Wants! Everything was hot and delicious!!! I tried to take pics of the plates as they were delivered, BUT the food looked so good we got carried away. I finally remembered, so you can see that it was Sooooooo Good! Thank Youuuuuu Cracker Barrel and Cedric for Your services!!! Hopefully, we’ll see you again before we leave!

As with every where they are understaffed but when the food finally came it was delicious

Country Bold: what's that, it's taking the natural goodness of fruit, herbs and spices, and fresh cut green beans with a nice breast tenderloin to make a tasty meal that's pleasing to the senses. Not to mention the buttermilk biscuits on the side. Eaten with some old fashioned iced tea and you've got a country party I your mouth...😎. I do have to mention since it goes without saying that I was there for more than the food. I had a chance to observe the staff's interaction with each other and their guest. I also had the opportunity to linger a while in their country store, I mean, who wouldn't...there are as it is with all Cracker Barrels a plethora of things to look at and choose. I found the store staff engaging and helpful when I explained a situation that occurred and had already sought a solution. She contacted the manager who came out and we discussed the matter again and as she noted he indicated that he would work on getting it resolved. A Better way and sometimes not the most comfortable thing for both sides, is to pick a time and location to talk about what occurred so that a business has a chance to implement a solution, whether it's yours or not. In this case, I didn't really offer a solution directly to the manager (I did in talking to the store clerk but we were bouncing ideas); my point was to bring it to there attention since in this case it's one of those tricky situations that you don't always catch....and lessons for the public, yes, be diligent, but be patient and respectful when bringing information forward. It goes a long way. 😉

Thanks to the supervisor of the wait staff our dinner was as expected. There was no cabbage thst we are used to having in Georgia where we dine often in Athens and Commerce. There was some issues and attitude upon our arrival but the supervisor apparently interviened and by the time we were through everyone was happy and friendly.

Shauna the dist mgr & Lenci team leader gave great customer service. I called a few days prior to Thanksgiving about meals! My meal was good but wasnt aware turkey would b cooked in gravy otherwise i would b giving 5*! Lenci was waiting on a cust when i got there & she is definitely in the right field as knows about cust serv & does a great job. Parking was available when i pulled in the lot! I don't think i got right portion sz for dressing as it was 2 scoops like for ice cream. A whole lot less dressing this time but was pleased w/ portions of all the other items! I still say 4*

Along with a group of other pastors, we loved the service and the area that we dine together on a weekly basis.

Always a family favorite. Pancakes are good when they are thun and crisp. Friendly service. If there is ever a managers are quick to resolve them.

Food was good but not amazing. I got the chicken special with lima beans and fries and okra. Husband got the trout with carrots, green beans, and pinto beans. The chicken was kinda cold like it had been sitting in there for a little while. The pinto beans were as if they were on the edge of getting sour. The hash brown casserole was really good. A great option/ side to get. The corn bread was kind of smothered in butter. Whenever you took a bite, it would ooze butter... but guess some folks like that.

Food was great but they just need more servers bc it took almost 20 mins before someone came to our table to serve us

Love this place. Great deal on the fried chicken plate. The scountry store has so many fun things. The manager Ashley was very accommodating, checking on tables, and ensuring things were top-notch.
