I went and had Korean BBQ for the first time. I was kind of hesitant to try it. It was definitely difficult looking at the menu since it was in Korean. But my server (I believe her name was Kimberly) was the absolute best server you could ask for, and helped me know what everything was. It’s differe
My family and I ordered Japchae, Dolsot Bibimbap, and Bulgogi. The Bulgogi was far more flavorful than the previous Korean restaurant I’ve gone too. The Japchae was a delight, and the Bibimbap was the perfect choice for my gluten free family member. The food was delicious. I will say: For the 4 of
My son and I tried Korean Bbq as a nice change of pace. We had never had it before. The food and the entire experience was magnificent. Enjoyed roasting our own food and the server (Lauren) was attentive and super helpful. A little pricier than other place but well worth it to me. Looking forwar
DWJ is our go-to for Korean barbecue in the Memphis area. They only have the one server and she does a great job! Keep in mind, they have signage that indicates they automatically charge gratuity on all orders (dine in and carry out). We love the bulgogi and ribs. Tonight we tried the kimbop appeti
I'm pretty sure they used to give you seven little dishes with the purchase of an entree, but now they give you four and you have to share them with the person across from you. I'm pretty sure they used to give me fish cake, and kimchi and some sort of cucumber or zucchini dish and potato salad. B
This place is delicious. I enjoyed every bite. Very authentic. I will go again and bring my family back. I had a hot pot. There are a lot of options. Clean and friendly environment.
their pork donkatsu’s are amazing! the side dishes are great too. service was a bit slow though
The food is really delicious! The ambiance was perfect. They played songs from BTS to EXO to Everglow and ATEEZ. I enjoyed it very much. The food takes from 20-30 minutes and we were greeted and served well.
This place is okay for lunch, but do not take my word for it. I had the yukaejjang and it was ok. Not extremely rich, a lot of onions for broth and the rest of the ingredients. Ratio was kind of off. The ban chan plate was "meh". The zucchini dish tasted a little off, did not eat the salad (I'm at a
I discovered Korean food from seeing mukbang on YouTube. The food looked delicious and I had to try. DWJ on Hackscross is not far from me and I'm so glad. The food is different and delicious. It's not the same old thing we're always eating. I've triedseveral items from their menu and truly enjoyed e
The portion sizes are a bit small, but the food tastes pretty good. I wish the side dishes were bigger since they are shared at the table. The prices are decent and the service is good overall, so thumbs up from me!
The food was amazing, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The service isn’t bad, they just have one server. You must be patient if you want to eat here. The server stayed friendly and professional even though she had several tables. We gave her a little extra on her tip. I’ll be back!!
