This is my favorite Lenny's in the city of Memphis. Their customer service is excellent. My food is always fresh and delicious. I'm always able to receive fast, efficient service with my online orders. They are deserving of all five stars! - As a heads up... I always create my orders online because my lunch break is very short. That's the way I receive my fastest service.

Excellent customer service even though my #grubhub #delivery person took my lemonade and chips. The lady that took care of me over the phone up here had very excellent and patient service. Definitely highly recommend and will be back but this time in person lol.

I come here on my lunch break every other day. The staff is always nice. Restaurant is always clean and my food is ALWAYS fresh and made in a timely manner. 5 stars for this Lenny’s location

I suspect this is a family owned Lenny’s and they have family and friends working for them, which explains the bad customer service and disorganization at this location. When family and friends work for you there is little to no accountability for certain types of behavior, but I could be wrong. This just may be a super ghetto location. Anyway, their saving grace is the hot food. I’ve gotten the Philly steak at several different Lenny’s locations but the one here is by far the best and I am unsure why, but anytime I crave one I go to this location and I am never disappointed in the level of deliciousness.

The customer service and food was phenomenal! Shay and Eric made sure my order was correct and assisted with this large order when needed. They were most helpful and had such good attitudes. I will return and hope I can encounter them and their service again!!!

I ordered online, when I get to the store an hour later, they hadnt even started making it, I get the food home and it's all made incorrectly. When I get back to the store, there are only two employees here and a full line, so I understand the delay and mistake. They remade all my sandwiches and both girls were pleasant. I always hate asking for my order to be fixed but they weren't bothered by it. It was the woman with braids and a woman with green hair. These woman need a raise! If you aren't going to hire enough people make sure to pay them accordingly!

The food was prepared fast, the sandwich was hot. I'm a little torn because they usually are accurate with the orders and I've already driven 10miles and don't feel like fighting the rush hour traffic to ask for a redo. I ordered a 15in chicken philly and got a steak philly. Im not a fan of the steak philly so I can only give them 4 stars. The store was clean. The staff was nice but my 20$ sandwich was wrong😢😢😢. I was able to bless a homeless person with a sandwich and I kept the drink and cbips
