The food was great. Love there baked potatoes. There huge. Our party also had a club sandwich and it was also great. Of course it wouldn’t be McAlester’s without there wonderful sweet ice tea.

We used to dine here in 2015-2017, came back to the area in 2023 and so glad the quality of food has not changed! The sweet tea is still amazing too! Only negative is they got rid of the Orange Cranberry Club.

All McAlister's are not the same. This location is fantastic. The food is always fresh, hot and prepared correctly. I absolutely LOVE that the tea dispensers allow me to serve myself so I don't have to wait behind others ordering at the counter just to get a refill. They have a great patio. The manager during today's visit was very helpful and friendly.

Never seems to be extremely busy my last few trips to Memphis! The McAlister club has always been my go too.

They are so busy but the line moved very fast and our orders came very fast.
Negative part was our order was wrong and had to call manager over to correct it. He did get it right.

The food was good bread was toasted but soft, potato salad is always a favorite.
This club took 45 minutes to make. If on a lunch hour you wouldn't have time to enjoy.

Very good place for fresh salad and soup! They have good sandwiches and baked potatoes too. Atmosphere is relaxing and food is fresh. I really enjoy the Cordova and Germantown locations the best!
