Chill little spot. These chicken tenders were on point! Also pictured is their burger and fries. There aren't many places left to get oysters anymore and they do them justice. Last time I was here, they were enormous. The patio is perfect for a nice evening drink.

My friend and I were shopping at Lowe’s and decided to try Mortimer’s for dinner. I ordered the seafood gumbo as appetizer and Snapper Pontchartrain for my main course, along with a house salad and Italian spinach. The gumbo was excellent. I like a soupy gumbo as opposed to a thick one and this one

The food was delicious and they were very quick to prepare our food exactly as we requested even though it was a phone in order. We will definitely be returning after all this face mask stuff is over so we can sit down and enjoy the restaurant atmosphere.
We recently visited on a Monday evening and what a gem!! I’ve always loved this place but we live out of town now. We had appetizers and drinks and it was delicious!! Can’t wait to come back.
Food is always good and I've rarely had an issue with service.
Menu is seafood oriented with a Louisiana accent but I've never had a bad dish.

The atmosphere is great there. The wait staff was friendly, funny and efficient. The food was served quickly and hot and tasted fantastic. You will not be disappointed!
Great atmosphere. Catfish snack is a good starter complimenting the 2 for 1 draft beers on Sundays! Bartender, Chuck, is patient and attentive.
