We haven't been to Joe's Crab shack in years. Service was good food was excellent we had crab legs coconut shrimp and fries. Very nice sized portions. Definitely will be back!

Service was great ... Good food was hot and fresh came out really fast. It was not really busy, so I'm not sure if that's standard on busy days. Never noticed restaurant was there not noticeable from road only if your in shopping mall will you see it.

Food was great, well cooked only thing was the fried I felt was a bit greasy but everything else was great, waitress very nice and kept up when they were busy. Manager was nice to open the door for costumers and thank them for dining in and to have a good night. Would recommend this restaurant.

We had a great experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the restaurant. We were seated and our waitress came promptly after. She was really sweet and introduced herself. I wish I would remember her name (she deserves a shout out) I ordered the clam chowder and calamari. My husband ordered the coconut shrimp. My calamari was really good, they were crazy big too. The shim was nicely cooked and tasted really fresh. Their pineapple sauce was awesome. Everything came just in time. The waitress would check up on us often and asked if we needed anything. We went in for lunch so the restaurant was mostly empty. The parking lot and the restaurant seem very clean. We didn’t have our kids with us but we were surprised to see that they have a playground for kids. They also have a very nice outside sitting area. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Love this place . Didn't mean to spend so much their but it was our 1st time going so we got a t shirt. The food was awesome except for the baked fish it was cooked alittle to long but ate it anyway. I loved the waitress. She did an awesome job. We had to wait about an hour and a half to get a table but it was well worth the wait.

Even though I'm not a fish eater, my steak was well prepared. The menu did offer up a variety of non-fish dishes. Had a great adult beverage.

We got here early last Saturday and the food was good the place was clean our daughter loved the giant shark on the ceiling and their small little gift shop. Our waitress was very nice and fast. She brought us to go plates and cups without even asking, her service was awesome. We will definitely be back!

Enjoy my crab daddy feast and the watermelon sangria was to die for !!! The manager personally came to the table and asked about our dining experience and was very nice. Chocolate , sexy with nice teeth, boiiiii he can get it... LoL ����

The grilled shrimp had a burnt flavor, Tilapia was way over cooked, and the Mac and cheese was sitting in a pool of water. Absolutely will not be back. This place is completely overrated.

I had the Artic and one of my lobster tails was mushy... Anyone that knows seafood know lobster meat is not mushy... The manager had the nerve to get an attitude with me... The waitress was all over the place asking from the door was everything ok... So unprofessional!!!

Beat the crowd was immediately seated and the Manager greeted us personally. He and my dad realized they were military vets and had been stationed in some of the same places. He gave us a military discount and was attentive to our every need! The food was hot and fabulous! Definitely will return when I'm in Memphis!

Tables were sticky, the grilled shrimp was way over cooked! And not shelled correctly. They still had the legs and veins on them. Very disappointed.

Food was good, we ordered drinks and were charged for “complementary pint glasses” that we did not want or ask for.... the manger took off $4 out of the $12 but did not visit the table
