I eat BBQ all over the country, I have had a lot of mediocre to bad BBQ. This is top notch BBQ with top notch service. The hot BBQ sauce is great, the food is awesome and the staff is one of a kind! Keep it up! Thank you!

Drove through Memphis on our way to Texas to visit family. Very glad we took the small Detroit to stop at Pollards. The food was super tasty and the potato salad, THE BEST I’ve ever had. Everyone was very friendly and kind. 10/10 recommend coming here!!

Pollard's Bar-B-Que in Memphis, Tennessee is a must stop if you are craving good barbeque. I am biased in saying that Texas barbeque is the ultimate best hands down, however Memphis barbecue ranks up there with my Texas barbecue.
We ordered a beef sandwich and a turkey sandwich with cole slaw on it. All I can say is MMMM!!!! SUPERB!!! One of the side dishes we ordered was barbeque spaghetti with chunks of beef and barbecue sauce!! First time eating this and it was the best! I highly recommend this restaurant for your next meal if you're in the area and are craving good barbecue.
FYI... Pollard's Bar-B-Que is owned by Tony Pollard, running back for the Dallas Cowboys.

Loved the potatoes salad and the ribs! The potato salad reminded me of my grandmother's. The ribs were tender, and I liked the sauce. I just wish I had more.of it.

My family and I are visiting from Dallas and of course being Dallas Cowboys fans, we had to come check out our boy Tony's family spot. The staff is super friendly and the food is finger licking good! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Memphis. Thank you for a great experience, Momma Pollard!

Had to have BBQ one last time on our drive through Memphis off of I55. Just down the street from Graceland on Elvis Presley Dr. Little did we know this is the Pollard family of NFL'er Tony Pollard, nor of the backstory of Food Network's Restaurant Impossible episode - passionate and love of food. Good BBQ. Sweet and smoky. Had the rib sandwich, and a lb of pork (pulled pork) and rib tips.

Hands down the best barbecue I have ever tasted!!!! I remember a friend of mine asked me to grab lunch with her on our break and that she was going to a barbecue joint. Keep in mind we worked at a barbecue restaurant. I ordered a jumbo pulled pork sandwich chopped with extra slaw and spicy bbq sauce fries and baked beans with a sweet tea. I took that 1st bite and I was just like the food critic on ratatouille my mind went back to my childhood in my backyard when we use to have barbecue’s!!!!! That’s the best compliment I can give, when food is that AMAZING it hits a core memory!! I still eat here!!!

Very good bbq in a very nice restaurant. Not much to look at outside, but very nice inside. And the bbq sandwich is top of the line Memphis style. Meat falling off all the way around. Will fill up a big hangry person. Friendly staff. Will go there again.
