GET THE GUMBO it was the winner, so good! We also got the BBQ sandwich absolutely delish, get an extra side of slaw if you’re a slaw person (like me). We also tried the shrimp - the most like a real shrimp I’ve ever had. The greens were delish, and the beans have that hint of sweet / bushs baked beans that round everything out. No frills type of place, servers were incredibly sweet and attentive!

This place was amazing. Was on a road trip and decided to pull over and sleep in Memphis but decided to get dinner and went here. 10/10 best food i’ve had in my life. I ordered the “chicken” drumsticks with coleslaw and mac & cheese as well as 3 a la carte fried “shrimp”. I also splurged on desert and got Biscoff cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake, and a lemon bar. Recommend to anyone who’s traveling through the area to stop in and try this place.

The Biscoff cake is out of this world! The BEST cake 🎂🍰 I EVER had and I am not much of a sweet eater! I got the barbeque sandwich with coleslaw and fries. My husband got the KFC platter. We got the potato salad too! EVERYTHING was phenomenal! The customer service is exceptional! The owner is a doll and her story about opening the restaurant is AMAZING! Write a book and a cookbook!!! Love this place!!! What a gem 💎

Old school classic vegan spot was a must to visit in Memphis. My wife got the bbq sandwich which was awesome. I had Reuben and collard green which they get point for being meat heavy but overall I would have liked the bread crispier.. personal preference. The popcorn chicken with cabbage slaw was really awesome and super tasty, highly recommend.

The scenery was very familiar and casual. I had the spinach dip which is my favorite! 10/10 I also got the appetizer sampler. The mozzarella sticks and the chicken nuggets were warm and the consistency was on point. Unlike the wings, I wasn’t a fan because of how over powering the sauce was on the tofu. It would be better to add the sauce with the chicken nuggets. I got the potato skins which was ok. I’m just not used to the vegan cheese they use for it and the bacon bits which made the potato skins ok. Also, the strawberry lemonade was good. I liked that it was sweet but not overbearing sweet.

Imagine Vegan was truly a wonderful experience! I’ve been a vegetarian for seven years and haven’t tasted anything like what Imagine has to offer. It’s been so long since I’ve had a sweet and smoky barbecue flavor—I was truly impressed and surprised. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is because some food was lacking in my opinion because the menu was so big. A big menu can make or break a restaurant, and for someone who isn’t used to so many options—I was overwhelmed for sure. I got the BBQ sandwich with steamed broccoli, spinach and artichoke dip, buffalo wings, and the fried chicken plate with mac n cheese, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit.

Highly recommend! My friend and I got the fried “chicken” sandwich and “BBQ” sandwich meals and they were both astounding. I’m rarely blown away by food, but both were perfection. This place should be packed by both plant-based people *and* meat lovers - it puts to rest any false notions of vegan food being boring.
