One & Only Bbq - Perkins Extd.

The food was great and I could tell a lot of locals come here to watch the game and eat good barbeque. I'm not a big bbq fan but this was delicious and great place for the people who aren't from here to try. Would recommend! Also asked the people to extra fry my fries and they had no issue nor did they change their attitude. Love the service.

I’m from Texas and LOVE Texas BBQ. But this. This place right here is phenomenal!! I have tried BBQ lots of places but One & Only blows it out of the water. One could even say it’s disgusting how much I prefer it over Texas BBQ. I was here yesterday for the first time and got the pork & brisket combo with potato salad and Mac and cheese. I’m here today before heading back to Texas to get Brisket and Potato salad to bring home with me. If you’re thinking about stopping in, DO IT! Best decision I’ve ever made. Oh, and Millie’s banana pudding was the BEST way to end an amazing lunch. Definitely gonna get me one for the road.

Wow... That's all I can say. Damn good food that will leave you so full after. My wife and I decided to grab lunch after visiting the botanical gardens and saw this place and wow, are we glad we did. Everything was delicious but it was so much food. We each got 1/2 a rack of ribs but definitely could have split one 1/2 rack, especially since it came with 2 sides. The quesadillas were delicious as well. I'm only upset that I was too full to try the banana pudding.

Here’s the thing, being from Memphis and coming back home to newish’ bbq spots; I’m always hesitant to try new bbq spots but these folks have a high rating and thats saying a lot in the Bluff City! So here we are, I did it! Lol I popped in here ystd and I felt as if I was at family friends cook out! The music was jamming, the entire staff had smiles and were engaging with all customers whether it was their table to serve or not. I noticed who appeared to be a mgr “AC” checking on customers/ tables and overheard him telling staff how great of a job they were doing. I was drawn in by the vibes! And as I always say, Cleanliness is next to Godliness, everything was clean including restrooms! Sarah was my server and did an awesome job. She hipped me to Vegetarian baked beans! Not every southerner wants pork in their beans… LET’S GET INTO IT! The menu- There is so much that caught my eye so I went for it all! Fried Pickles- The pickle chips were seasoned well just a bit too greasy for me. The Grilled Turkey breast dinner- mind blown. I never knew Turkey breast could be so juicy off the grill! Thinly sliced with grill marks and bursting w/ juice. Two sides BUT I had three lol - Cole Slaw , fries and Vegetarian Baked Beans! So damn good! The sauce on the beans was kinda sweet with a little kick. The serving was generous so I had enough for left over. Y’all I also took more food home! LOL a Pulled Chicken Sandwich. I never knew it was possible. I don’t eat pork or beef so this is a game changer. No more hoping and wishing of a Tops or corky’s pulled bbq sandwich. ONE & ONLY Pulled chicken sammie w/their BOMB SPICY bbq sauce and coleslaw, ahhh I’m sold forever on this! No chance to get a pic of that to go order- GONE! I’ll definitely be back!

Loved it beyond words. Mind blown type of flavor to savor! The staff were very nice and we loved our server Rhonda W, she was awesome, nicest/best server♥️♥️♥️. We are on a medium length vacation dog-sitting and we will be back there to eat again for sure. You can't beat the prices, friendly service and super cool environmental vibe. They should have lost a star for the styrofoam they use, but maybe it is ♻️ here, and the food was really that good that I couldn't take it away for that. Maybe they will read this and get ride of the styrofoam!? BUT... All I can say is go out of your way to eat here, it should be one of Guy's dives!

Our server Ashley provided us with outstanding customer service. She had great recommendations on what to order. We ate ribs, brisket, chicken and sausage. Every meat was full of flavor and had great quality. The sides were just as amazing. The twice baked potato salad is a must! The turnip greens is another must! The cole slaw and sweet potato fries also delicious. The tea was sweetened just right and the experience was a memorable one. The finale was the banana pudding, oh goodness... from presentation to consumption it was absolutely amazing! Definitely add One & Only on Perkins to your places to eat when in Memphis.
