Central BBQ ordered pulled pork and wings. Wings were 10/10 - smoked and flash fried with buffalo sauce. Some of the best I’ve ever had. Pulled pork was solid. Fries were average. Great atmosphere- but carpet and smell is showing it’s age. But definitely check them out. My friend ordered the ribs

We went for lunch yesterday. The food is usually good. The ribs were fantastic and the sausage was too. The pork was a little dry but adding the sauce makes it come back to life. The lady at the counter didn’t say too much and when I asked for a menu to look at she handed me one without even looking
Pulled pork was juicy, baked beans were flavorful (pork in them), potato salad was chunky with egg and sooo good. Wish they homemade rolls to go with the other great food. Definitely try this place!!!
I ordered the pull pork sandwich. Great meal to have if your hungry and from out of town. Also tried all the cakes 🍰, moist and soft. Chocolate is my favorite. Great ribs. I suggest getting the full rack of ribs dry. They have their sauces on the side that you can choose from and then you can get all of them to try. The potato salad was on point. I wish I would have gotten some greens too, but maybe next time.

Good ribs, dry rub had a nice bite. 100 degrees today and was a little too warm inside for my liking, but hey it's summer the the city. Potato salad was cold and helped with the inside temp.
The food is amazing!!! Absolutely Amazing!!! 💯% the best barbecue place in the city hands down. The staff are nice and helpful and professional and it's a nice chill laid back cozy place as well. I 100% recommend this place.
Our second stop here while passing through. Don't let the location fool you - it's only a few min off the interstate and SO worth it. Pork is tender and has a good char on pieces. Baked beans are worth choosing, as is the Mac n cheese. I also liked the green beans; they had a nice heat.

Just what is “Memphis Style BBQ”? It’s when there’s more meat than will stay on the bun and Central does Memphis proud. Takes two hands and if you put it down you’d better get a fork. Thinking about desert ? Then don’t get the jumbo because it won’t leave room in your tummy for much of anything
