Red Rose Chinese Food

Super slow delivery. They have their own drivers. Because of that I can't check their status on Uber Eats. The estimated arriving time is 7:20 to 7:40. Now it's been an hour over the arriving time. I called once at 7:43, and their person said it was on the way. Now I tried to call one more time to check the status and no one answered. Their courier did not contact me either. It's my first time to order food from the restaurant and I feel disappointed. Edit: After receiving my order, I talked with the courier. It turned out that the boss gave the wrong address to the driver. It's supposed to arrive within 20 mins.

The man at the front is so rude when I called him about my last order amd told me to bring it back. I went all the way back and was arguing with me! I went all the way back and he said they did nothing wrong. Never have I ever gotten pad thai like the picture! Eggs and noodles?! Claiming the veggies were onions. No sauce or anything! Then I paid for an extra bag of dry noodles and only got one and he did not want to give me the 2nd bag that I PAID FOR! He was mad that I demanded my money back after I went all the way back there so tried to use that as an excuse not ro give me the stupid noodles he charged me extra for. What a joke! Like I'm lying about some .75 cent noodles! Also, the food is extremely greasy like the lo mein! General gaus chicken is reheated and extra dark meat! I thought I'd give them another chance today and that'll be the last. Seriously unbelievable how he acted!

I went in and the order was wrong they added extra food by accident. I offered to pay and they said it was on the house. Absolutely great service the workers were very friendly. Just from the service is 5 stars. The taste of the food was extra I got the egg rolls and scallion pancakes. I’ve tried a lot of Chinese food places and this place was definitely one of the best I’ve had I will be back here again. Highly recommend would give extra stars if I could 7/5 stars.

Ordered from them last night for the first time. The General Gau's chicken is phenomenal; best gg sauce I've probably ever had. Beef chow fun & the mini fried shrimp and pork dumplings were great as well. Excellent portion sizes. Two people for just the dumplings & General Gau's had to save the beef chow fun for lunch (two days worth).
