I’m convinced the good reviews here are biased and associated with staff. To rephrase one of reviews below, if you ask an honest and humble question, prepare to get looks and attitude answers. We couldn’t believe the service toward us and the customers in front of us. We have a high tolerance to rude staff but this place is absolutely not worth it. Oh & ask for everything at the counter cause once your food is dropped off, you’ll never see them again. The fact that tip isn’t asked for added the second star. They’d really have some nerve had gratuity been asked for. They got all these sarcastic, humorous signs about stupidity up on the wall that I’m sure are to excuse their lack of common customer courtesy. Honestly, save your money and time and go elsewhere. We paid $45 for two mediocre omelette breakfasts and drinks.

the place itself is nice, you order your food, pay for it and then you sit down. Once we got our food they never came back to check to see how the food was, if we needed more drinks, etc, don't know if that's just how they do... The Cuban Sandwich was great, (double meat, was huge) enjoyed it very much. The Lechon sandwich is not what I an used to, the roasted pork was not as flavorful as some other places I have been. I guess I would get the Cuban sandwich once in awhile but other than that not sure how much I will go back.

In reference to the previous negative review, Cafe23 has an exceptional and hard working staff that treats ALL its customers with the utmost respect and customer service. As we all know, no place is perfect. You never know what a person may be going through in life or the struggles that may arise especially during this pandemic. But this family run business is definitely a staple in this community, and an excellent choice for any occasion.
