Not good customer service. Innocently came here for a drink on a nice weekend but the lady at the counter treated me like she has been holding a grudge against me for years (just an analogy). Drinks used to be nice a few years ago but not anymore. I have always ordered milk tea from Gongcha but because of the experience, for the first time I decided to go elsewhere and that was a good decision. I know they make a lot of money and probably don't care about losing a customer. Same here, I pay for a drink so might as well go to a place where the staff are decent.

Nice drinks! It’s Gong Cha, so it tastes the same as the other branches around Melbourne. The workers here are pretty friendly too, I haven’t had any bad experiences. I’m not sure why, but whenever I see a Gomg Cha there’s always a Hotstar Fried Chicken next to it. Is it a coincidence? It’s pretty funny.

Service is fast and servers are polite. Taste was terrible. Haven't been back in a year and would not come back. I'll go to sharetea or coco cha time or the other five tea places nearby. I could taste the powder wasn't fully dissolved and a bit pasty. When it first opened it was delicious and worth the money. Now I'm paying $7+ for powdered paste that leaves a residue and a bad after taste on my tongue. Was craving for a taro milk tea and thirsty after dinner. Didn't want to waste the drink so drank it but was not satisfied.

gong cha is definitely what I could consider unique as the milk tea itself is very rich in flavour. Service is quite quick and decent customer service. I’ve haven’t had anything wrong with gong cha, Just there are many better options out there for cheaper.

Biggest issue I have with this place is there’s no structure in terms of queuing up and picking up order. Management should really make it clear on where to line up and what the rules are. Drinks are consistently good, they haven’t stuffed up my order so no complaints here. It’s situated in a tight area so gets really crowded and hard to maintain social distancing which should be improved on.

Tasted a bit dilute, the pearls also some what softer than average. Overall wasn’t a bad experience but just below the standard of a good bubble tea place.
