Bertini's Cafe Restaurant

They could never get it quite right before it was sold recently. Now it is under another name, and it is worse than before. The staff and their friends and family talk loudly and incessantly across the cafe; both to each other and to people on their phones. The coffee is inconsistent but the food is reasonable. The place is either freezing or boiling. Most of the staff seem friendly and eager to please though.

I get that it is New Years day but the service was horrendous, we waited one and a half hours and when the food eventually came out, it came out wrong. Not once, not twice, but three times. On top of that the price for what we had (even though it was wrong) was dreadfully expensive. What I can only assume was the manager was too busy criticising her staff to run damage control. She didn't even apologise for the wait. Steer clear. There are literally a dozen others to go to.

We went for lunch on Sunday to this restaurant . The food and wine was terrible . The chief probably doesn't follow the basic hygienic rules and we got food with his (or something else hairs ), The sea food spaghetti was under cooked and tasteless So wouldnt recommend to waste your time and money in this place .
