Domino's Pizza

As someone who has lived in Melbourne my entire life and eaten many pizzas, it is insane that Domino's would try to pass off this pizza as a "large." This is by any reasonable standard a small or personal pizza, and is quite frankly horribly deceptive. I won't be buying Domino's again at these sizes when I can visit any other pizza shop who will provide better value.

Disgraceful. Ordered 6 pizzas $70 deducted from my card and nothing showed up. Called the store and was told ‘5 mins away’ followed by being abruptly hung up. It’s been an hour since and still nothing, I can’t even get a hold of the store to get my money back. Absolutely disgraceful business. Never order from Here because they’re on the spectrum honestly

Absolutely appalling service, ordered a single pizza and a garlic bread online at 6:30, estimated time of arrival was within half an hour of ordering. 7 o'clock rolls around and the eta keeps changing, they finally send a photo of the pizza saying its ready and leaving. Another 20 mins go past and nothing but more delays. when we called to get an update and speak to someone we are rudely put on hold and forced to call again, we were told the photo was a generic picture they send and that it may be another 20 mins. So not only are we being blatantly lied to and keep getting pushed back for priorising in store orders apparently but when the food finally arrives at quarter to 8, the garlic bread was squashed and the pizza being cold and poorly made, would give 0 stars if i could, worst experience with dominos ever.

I ordered a milkshake from a delivery app (to be delivered by Domino's staff.) I was told it would take about 40 minutes and did not come for over and hour and a half. We saw the delivery driver bring food to a house nearby as we were waiting outside after the estimated 40 minutes had passed. He didn't have my order so we called the shop who said they were waiting for the delivery driver to come back but the "food" was ready. It was a milkshake. This is the photo of what we got vs what we ordered. Very disappointed. I'm sure the food is normally good but the delivery was awful. I chose to order for Domino's as it had a shorter waiting time than other places. Absolute lie.
