Cino's Pizza

Do not order - Ordered under a different name on Uber eats Panko’s Parma burger and pasta bar. Order was over half hour late and worst food ever not Italian at all. The ‘ragu’ was not ragu but awful chunks of hard meat, the seafood was awful frozen seafood not what you expect when ordering a seafood pasta and the ‘tiramisu’ is some weird frozen item which is definitely not tiramisu. Could not eat and wasted $50

So disappointing. We accidentally keep ordering from here because they have a good star rating on Deliveroo and we forget how bad it is. Tonight the Margareta was horrible, there was exactly four sad bits of tomato and three shriveled basil leaves. The Hawaiian was a little better but overall both were pretty tasteless. I wish Deliveroo would let me black list places so I don’t order from them again. Maybe writing this will make me remember.

After being sick for an entire week, I finally felt better enough to eat and was craving pizza. Cino's always came up highly recommended and it was on my list to try so I figured I'd give it a shot as they are open late. I placed my order and less than a minute later I received an alert to say they had rejected my order. I was shocked as this has never happened before. I ordered through another restaurant (who had no issue delivering my small order) and whilst waiting, I decided to look at the reviews online and was surprised to read many awful reviews. Apparently this shop accepts UberEats orders but then uses their own delivery drivers and don't send updates to their customers/have extensive waiting times. I can only assume my small order was rejected as it was not deemed substantial enough for their drivers to make the trip. I understand the ongoing issue between small businesses and food delivery companies but at the same time, if you refuse to fulfil a service then let someone who is willing do it. I'm honestly glad they rejected my order as it seems like many before me have wasted their money and had a disappointing meal.
