Pressed Juices

Company is disorganized. They take your $ but have no customer service. Booked a cleanse and on: Day 1 of my cleanse - they didn’t have any packaging/bags for me to take the juices in Day 2: they forgot I was doing it and had nothing ready for me to take. When they did give me juices, some were off when I opened them and I couldn’t drink them. Day 3: I tried to reschedule my pick up and their customer service lines were down all day, they had no number for the store and when I went to the store at 4pm it was closed, even though google says opening hours are until 7 and they are open. I think it’s important people know before they spend $ here. Bad operations and no customer service! I’ve done cleanses with competitors who were great! This was my first and last time using Pressed Juices.

They ran with my money. 4 months of trying to contact them and get my juices delivered. 2 times it was promised to be delivered and then it doesn’t and they ignore you. 4 months of chasing. Waited 40 mins for our food, asked a staff member to find out what was going on but after going out to the kitchen he just returned to serving customers without giving us an update. Another 7 mins went by and we asked again only to be told there's a problem in the kitchen and our food would be another 15. We had a flight to catch so had to leave, we got a refund and had reakfast at the airport instead. So hopeless, there didn't even appear to be anyone working in the kitchen and the service staff didn't manage the situation at all. With all the amazing cafes in Melbourne this was a joke.
