Mcdonald's

My first burger got a lot of eggshells, they said they would remake it for me, I waited a long time, no one told me if the burger was ready, until after I waited 20 minutes, the staff thought I hadn't ordered yet, I thinking the burger might have been forgotten, and when I finally got my second new burger, it still had the shell on it.

Disgusting service. Terrible management. Avoid this McDonald's. One of the worst I've been to. The Indian manager spoke rudely to me. I will not tolerate poor customer service and poor management. Fortunately, I won't be back. This place is suited for people who don't mind getting covid-19 as it is so filthy, they don't make the food properly, the kiosk machine broke and they wouldn't rectify my order and said I didn't pay when I showed the Indian manager my receipt, he made me wait 15 minutes extra just because he was cocky. I swear to God, do not go here unless you are wanting to not get your food, eat scraps and feel distressed. Never again. Hope they fix the management and the kitchen staff to perform better in the future as this is a bad representation on McDonalds, as this franchise is trash.

out of the 4 self order kiosks, one had a missing eftpos machine, the other couldn't dispense receipts for 3 hours. the male bathroom was disgusting. the urinal was taped off and covered with a black garbage bag. the lock on the single toilet door was broken off, and the toilet itself was covered in urine.

I have been to Mcdonalds in China, Thailand and many other parts of the world. This is the dirtiest outlet i have been to. The staff are disinterested and every table had trays and empty wrappers. The walls are smeared and service was very slow. I will never go there again as it was not a pleasant place to take my kids.
