HIGHLY RECOMMEND (!!) checking your orders before leaving the drive through....Ordered the "naked zinger box" and two extra original recipe pieces through the drive-through. Instead of receiving two wicked wings and two zinger fillets, I got one wicked wing and one zinger fillet and for some reason got three pieces of original recipe (although maybe because two were tiny wing pieces with no meat on them). AND To top it off the chicken and chips were old and not at all fresh and I ordered it at 5:45 pm. Don't bother calling the number above, it goes straight to message bank even if you do want to let management know... Next time I think I'll got to maccas across the road...

We really loved having staff workers breathing all over our food and having their masks under their chin, also ran into someone that had been waiting 42 minutes to pick up an order for uber. Not to mention their terrible customer service and the restaurant being filthy. This was not the first time nor the second time this had actually been our 3rd time eating here and everytime we come back we hope it gets better but obviously it has not. They have repeatedly gotten our order wrong and have horrible and unhygienic standards. Will not be coming here agai. B

It was rediculous, slow as service, 45 min wait, quite a few rude, miserable employees, chicken was dark brown, stuff all coating, dripping with oil, absolutely disgusting, mind you, I asked for real KFC 4 piece feed, when I asked to swap chicken, I was then told, there was another half hour wait 😡 I then received 4 pieces of tenders, at least they were cooked properly didn't get spoons for potato and gravy or choc mousse, chips were slightly dry and salt less, even though I asked for extra salt all the customers in the shop, were horrified and disappointed with KFC service, quality and wait time, you'd think waiting for that long, the food would have been worth waiting for🤮🤮

The only positive about this place is the food was good and it's halal. There was litter everywhere and there were a few guys who were vaping and dribbling inside. And the staff didn't do anything about it. I wanted to call the police but I told myself I'm not coming to such dodgy place again anyway. I hope all KFC branches maintains strict rules and hygiene.

I've ordered a 3 piece box with three extra wicked wings via drive-through this afternoon, however, there were only 2 piece tiny original recipe chicken in the box when I opened the box at home, what a joke!!! I am very disappointed with the service!!!! Updated on the 2-SEP-2020: KFC team contacted me last weekend and I was very happy with the solution they delivered. In fact, I was pretty impressed with their service team, good job and well-done. Thus, I decided to increase the star to 5.
