Waterfront On The Pier

I haven't been there for years (under the old management) & just popped in for a Friday afternoon sunset drink with a friend; ended up staying for quite a few more! Absolutely attentive, friendly & well-trained staff, decent cocktail list. Huge windows, waterfront sunset views, live music, great atmosphere & lovely ambience. Didn't stay for a meal, but menu looked great, seafood, steaks, etc so will be back to try more of their hospitality next time. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Just had an event this Sunday afternoon. Live band, great music, ambience and food. Management was outstanding and team were very professional, thanks to Adam & everyone else who looked after our big group. Keep up the good work & a big shout out to the entire team at Waterfront. We will be back ❤️❤️

Large group went here with me and the whole thing went very smoothly. Everyone got there food on time. All the plates looked immaculate and the service was wonderful. Think you know you've done a good job when the diners don't notice the wait staff that being because they're encapsulated in conversation, eating fantastic food and looking out on the Beautiful location! Lovely listening to the ocean!!

Nice atmosphere, attentive staff, and great view from the outdoor dining area. However, for the price being asked the food was certainly underwhelming. My steak was cooked as requested, however was still chewy and a bit grisly. The sides were fine. Perhaps the seafood selection is better, given the location.

Went to this place with a voucher. Waitresses were not able to place knife and fork properly. I expected for completely no charge because of the coupon, but waitresses failed to inform me that 'sparkling water' is charged for a ridiculous $12. Foods were taking so long to come out and lighting of the place are not very nice. Not recommended for the price. Steaks were not seasoned well, mashed potatoes were cold, vegetables were very bitter. Unused utensils were placed back in clean section. Hygiene is very questionable. Dessert was taking years to come out. But thank God it was only a decent thing in this place.

I've been to Waterfront in the past and the views were absolutely spectacular, the interior just gorgeous and such a romantic vibe. Lately I've been dealing with Christelle as I was hoping to have a birthday function there and she has been IN-CREDIBLE. Completely attentive, polite friendly and understanding, and I have been thoroughly impressed! Waterfront don't charge extras for cakeage, will try and get you the table you'd like and really do try and work with you and in this day and age, that is a breath of fresh air. So I just wanted to that all the staff for your great work and I cannot wait to come back soon and see you all for dinner! :)

Christmas lunch...disappointing. Entree eaten well before wine arrived....main meals were cold....kitchen is open to the customers so all conversation was heard including main hand shouting in anger at fellow staff.. The food itself was tasty, but it all seemed very disorganised. Location and views very nice.
