3 stars for the location, and the coffee ! Other loss 2 stars …reason … I ordered soy milk product quite often, however so many times they just using the normal milk … and then need to do it again … The ridiculous one experience was I ordered … soy caramel macchiato, ice one but no ice … So 1st time, they gave me a no ice one with normal milk… 2nd time, they gave me an ice one 😂😂 3rd time … it was just happened in the picture … where the caramel was !! (And I left… because I couldn’t stand there ages for a right ordered coffee 😂) It really depends on who did your coffee, but most of them are friendly 😂😂😂

All time favorite macha latte. This can never go wrong. Always go there for my morning coffee. The usual morning staff are nice and friendly. Just went today and was served by new staffs very unfriendly, the girl seems like Asian (Indian in last pic) was rude to begin with and didn’t even let me order properly. Because she was rushing I forgot to add auger in my coffee and requested the staff to add abit of sugar in it and was asked to pay extra for just adding a bit of sugar. Really disappointed with the service. Would suggest Starbucks to kindly check on their staff and hire people who genuinely wants to work rather than getting people who doesn’t want to work in the industry at all. Keeping the start as 5, since old staff are much better. MINUS for the new staff and service.

Ordered 2 drinks for delivery via Uber Eats on 11Jul2022 @ 13:25 and they were perfect. The staff at Elizabeth st always seem to get the orders exactly right (even the odd ones). There are multiple other Starbucks locations closer to where I live, but they always seem to have issues. I will always order from this location due to their consistently excellent quality and attention to detail.
