One of the best Cakes in Melbourne!!! I personally love Pandan and Mango! So, thanks for creating this one! Amazing✨ At the first, I thought it would be weird because they put a lot of ingredients all together, but they put all are into a layer so the more you go deep inside you’ll get more surprises! I strongly recommend this Thai Tea Cake for the Thai Tea Lovers!🌱 It’s not too sweet and the strong Thai Tea Flavor which I personally love it🧡🧡 *they also give a box of Honey Comb Crackers if you need more sweets* I really love their soft cake’s texture OMG! It’s like melting in your mouth

🇹🇭 thai tea mochi lava cake 🥭💚 mango pandan cake 🏠: @moonshine_au 📍: Shop 1a 318 Little Collins Street, CBD 📝: Been seeing Moonshine everywhere recently. Absolutely love the selection of Asian inspired flavor cakes here. Check them out to see what’s available. ❤️: I tried the Thai Milk Tea Lava Cake. The cake was so soft snd fluffy. The lava filling was so fragrant and not too sweet—absolutely loved it!! There was also a liquid mochi layer inside—MY FAV! You have to try 😍. Also got the Mango Pandan Cake this time. Try this seasonal cane before it’s off the menu! Layers of deliciousness, fruity summer flavors and fluffy cakes. Must try!

✨Thai Milk Tea Lava Cake✨ 📍 @moonshine_au So I had this amazing cake 🍰 last week and BOY too good not to share! Sweet cravings maxing just looking at these photo again … 😋 It has a very strong tea flavour and the mochi inside the cake itself was so soft 👌🏻 One bite and every just melts in my mouth… 🤤 The honey comb 🍯 went really well with cake for that extra hint of sweetness and crunch texture I loved how this cake has the lava effect where the filling was flowing out in such smooth manner ✅ Highly recommend to try this and check out their other flavours Follow me on IG @eatwithmishy for more food reviews!

The most innovative cake I have ever tasted in my life from @moonshine_au one that looks like an egg can fool you for the salted egg flavour, instead it’s pandan and mango! Such a creative and immensely tasty combination of the two flavours laced with toasted coconut flakes, sago, mango mousse, coconut panna cotta, pineapple and pandan custard. Those layers are beautiful and are full of flavours. The best part that the cake is not too sweet yet perfectly balanced so that you can enjoy the flavours till the last bite. The cake is so soft and fluffy because of the pandan chiffon and the lovely taste of pandan with mango really balanced out the extra sweetness of the mangoes. Moreover, this cake is perfect for your picnic spread or for celebrations as well. Grab this beautiful in season mango pandan cake from @moonshine_au in CBD for only 59$ They are open for delivery and takeaway. Find them tucked away inside Royal Arcade on the Little Collins, Melbourne.

@moonshine_au, Melbourne 🌙✨📍 Hidden in the Royal Arcade in Melbourne is this cute cake shop Moonshine! Their specialty Asian inspired cakes are all so unique and I absolutely loved this grape cake! If was so soft, creamy, so strong in grape flavour and not overly sweet… 🍇✨✔️ . $59 Each for a 6inch cake. Check them out for your special occasion! I can’t wait to try their other items 😍🍰 .

Had the white rabbit cake. Not sure how I feel about it, the flavor was there but the sponge tasted a bit stale, either that or it wasn't as soft and fluffy as I had expected. The wrapping was great but the overall taste I think could be better. Also a bit too much cream, better balance between sponge and cream would have been better as well. Apart from that, the taste of the cake did remind me of the white rabbit flavors. I was expecting more.

The signature milk tea cake is one word, amazing. Think chiffon cake that is soft, light and spongey, then pour a creamy bubble tea over it 🤤. On top is a vanilla chantilly cream capping the liquid centre. The pièce de résistance is the earl grey tea cream, it taste exactly like the tea and to my surprise it was not too sweet. Pour the brown sugar infused pearls on top then be prepared to catch the mess as once you cut it the liquid oozes out. The little bits of Oreos adds the final touch of crunch to the cake. Perfect cake for the bubble tea lover.
