It's one of the Thai cheap eats place in the CBD with very legit taste.
We finally tried this place after many months.
The place has quite an extensive menu so I asked the staff about his recommendation.
I got a spicy dried pork curry and the prawn omelette with rice. Both are super delicious.
My dried curry was still quite spicy even though I ordered the mild one. So, be careful of you don't like spicy food.
I highly recommend this place if you like authentic Thai foods with affordable price.

This place is very underrated! Their food are genuinely cooked and are very tasty. Good price with generous portions. There are several dishes that you won't find in any regular Thai restaurants: boat noodles, rice noodles with crab curry and more!

If you're looking for tasty, value for money, authentic Thai soup, you can't go past Asia Unique. The portions are really generous and the ingredients are top quality. If you're a meat eater, you cant go past the boat noodle soup 🍜 - Ive been going there a few times a week and the standard has been too notch every single time. They also have happy hour all day, with a beer costing only 5 bucks...an absolute bargain! You won't be disappointed, get the soup.

Food court ambience, but wow - the taste is 100% on the money.
Maybe not a great first date location (see food court ambience comment), but this is a great place to get authentic food. Great selection of Asian beer also (including Beer Lao)

Delicious Thai food. One of the best I have had in recent times.

A small Thai restaurant located in food court with lots of seats. I ordered the pork tom yum noodle soup and is quite average.

Oh my! This place is amazing! I and my two other Thai friends were so impressed and satisfied with our food! It was so spicy, fresh and delicious. The price was so good as well the whole fish for 15-17 dollars with the Thai famous sauce. Though a little more expensive than its neighbour restaurant in the food court Me Dee, it’s definitely worth it. The seating in the area looks better, more airy and has more light! This is def where I’m coming regular now so many Thais too!

Hidden in Paramount Shopping Centre Food Court is Asia Unique. You can’t really tell what cuisine they specialised in by its name but once you take a look at its menu, you will realised without a doubt that this is a Thai joint. You’ll also see that the majority of the customer is Thai, which is always a good sign.
I tried the Boat Noodle on a friend’s recommendation and was blown away. The broth was brimming with amazing depth of flavour – a combination of sweet, tangy and peppery. The Kway Jub with dark soup also had a sensational flavour profile, rather similar to the boat noodle soup but much richer, with a more herbal undertone and less tangy. I guarantee that you will there will be no leftover in your bowl.
The Thai Milk Tea is one of the best I have ever tried. Balanced in sweetness, with a hint of milky creaminess yet bold and robust in flavour. In fact, the beautiful aroma of the milk tea is the dominant smell that greet you once you reach this place.
Generous portion sizes, great value for money and friendly service, everything here hit the spot. When I was having my meal here, I was already thinking about when my next visit will be, and that to me, is irrefutable proof of how great this place is.
