Sushi & Noodle Town

I come here often n enjoy the fresh ingredients, however I’ve had a couple of not so good experiences as well like the dish being spoilt by the egg in a noodle dish has turned to charcoal, so much so there’s a burnt flavour throughout the whole dish, this is so disappointing n the chef should start over rather than take a customers money that in most cases throw the meal in the bin, this happens too often with the egg n it’s not pleasant to eat, also some random ingredients should not be thrown into some recipes yet they randomly are, these are huge issues but not hard for the chef to avoid

Great customer service, friendly staff and the food is rather tasty! The Laksa was full of flavour and served in a matter of minutes, the portions are very generous and the Mee Goreng is also delicious, the Spring Rolls are also big crispy and full of flavour. I would recommend this place for a decent feed.

ZERO. If I could give it negative 5 stars, I definitely would. Possibly the worst customer service in a Melbourne restaurant I’ve experienced. The staff were rude and just gave off the worst vibe. Felt like I had to fight for service and forget asking for condiments like chilli/soy sauce, you’ll be told off! The food was mediocre at best, don’t waste your time eating here. EDIT: EKKK! Beware! After charging us incorrectly and not giving our receipt, they accuse you of being a thief. Photo evidence that we did pay (used tap), and had to insist on giving us this copy after they inform us of their mistake, to ensure we were not over charged. WOW. The audacity 😬
