appalled by the service holding 2 kids crying paid for the sushi and got 1 soy sauce
asked for a couple more and they said 10c each
never in my whole eating from 100 sushi places have I been charged
but it was the way I was spoken to

Bought $50 worth of sushi for the family & they charged me for the pickled ginger and as i was later to discover, omitted the wasabi. I regret not walking away upon learning of the charge for the ginger - which i most certainly will in future (not that I will be returning here). The actual sushi was average... I've had better.

ramen 3.5 stars (it doesn't taste like ramen - but is a nice substitute for hospital fare ramen)
Teriyaki chicken is a favourite - 3.78 stars
Salmon sushumi - 5 stars
One of the best places to eat at RCH.

Decided to grab some lunch here for the 1st time and their customer service is quite disgusting. The nail in the coffin for me would be the quality of their food. Over cooked chicken and soggy rice made the seaweed wrap have a disgusting texture. worst sushi and service I've ever had.

A late afternoon stopover with my daughter as the city stores were all closed on a Sunday.
Place was on the children's hospital but was clean, staff friendly and food freshly prepared after we ordered.
Was probably better than the Bourke St store we normally attend. Will be back!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Son ordered GYU UDON [noodles] and received GYU DON [rice]. Took back and spoke to attendant, who was extremely rude and refused to admit that they had misheard the order. I went up to see what could be done and was shouted down by a belligerent employee. Won't be purchasing from any Shuji Sushi outlets. Very disappointing, especially during in-patient treatment earlier, Gyu Udon was all my son was looking forward too!
