Dee Casa

The staff are quite nice and the decor is lovely, not the quality food or speed of service. Took 15 min to get 2 cocktails and a soft drink with only a few tables. Bruschetta had poor quality bread. When the pork belly ($30) arrived the carrots were pretty much uncooked and the brocollini. The staff were gracious and did recook although the carrot was still partially raw the second time. Would not recommend this place for food. Maybe a coffee if you aren't in a hurry.

We had a horrible experience. The food was bad, our pasta was literally swimming in sauce. One guy didn't get his order even after 30 minutes. When we ordered the bill, they charged us 80$ over the actual bill. This whole place is extremely unprofessional. All in all, avoid this place. Attend at your own risk.

I am extremely extremely disappointed with the service I received from both staff this morning at Dee Casa. I have lived next door and been one of your most regular customers throughout the past 2 years and today was shocking. I had placed an Ubereats pick up order with special instructions which were not followed the last time (last week) - I then phoned to make sure the note was received as the staff didn’t look at it on my previous order. I am also Very sick with Covid and had nominated someone to pick up for me. For more then 40min I kept being put on hold for 7min at a time or hung up on. When I tried to explain my situation and order the staff didn’t want to listen/serve me because I was not a hotel guest. Things only got worse when my building management at A108 granted me permission to come down to DeeCasa myself. I did not want to enter so I notified the staff I was here and outside because I did not want to put others at risk. They refused to acknowledge that I was there. They refused to listen to me on the phone, take my call and make my order. (They were not busy) At this point I requested my order be cancelled Via the Ubereats app. This has not been done. The staff refused to complete my order or have any dealings with me and I’m extremely disappointed By this. All I was trying to do was to order some food and orange juice instead I had to put myself & others at risk to collect an order that the staff refused to complete for me. I’ve never been so shocked by the lack of care from such persons. I am seeking a refund and an apology from the two staff this AM.

We ate at this restaurant for breakfast as it was included in our room deal. I would not recommend this place at all, worst customer service. we waited over an hour for our breakfast, the food is terrible, and one morning my eggs were served to me cold. One time i tried to get one of the waitresses attentions, and she looked at me and completely ignored me, i find this very disrespectful. don’t recommend.

We dined at Dee Casa last night and it was so good we rebooked again tonight. The front of house staff, Emily and Yaghya were juggling lots of balls and didn’t drop any, delivering delicious food with big smiles. Not sure who behind the scenes was creating and plating these 5 star meals at pub prices but don’t stop. Just a little mention for newbie Prashi but you rocked your first night on the job.
