Seemingly ignored at first then ordered a simple apple carrot and ginger medium juice. Service person didn’t really care and not really listening, no ginger in my juice. I didn’t bother going back to complain in person because I won’t be back.

Just like all the other Bost Juice stores, except don't go into this one in winter on your birthday. Other wise you'll get the manager serving you and he'll treat you like a criminal for wanting a free boost. Not even kidding he even asked to see my ID after scanning the app and then said to my face that I better be a regular after this. Nice customer service mate, I won't be back!

I love boost and these guys delivered boost but they also delivered poor customer service, gossiping to each other and the cute customer in the school uniform during school hours and clearly would rather be somewhere else. If i had another Boost as an option for me, i would go there instead.

Today I came here and bought a drink. One of the workers came back from her lunch break I’m guessing. She wanted ice in her bottle but it didn’t fit. ( mind you the bottle that she just finishing drinking ) the ice that was on the open part fell back into the ice bucket. She didn’t bother taking it out. Wouldn’t that be a heath and safety issue!?

I orderd mango tango that was more like orange juice, when I asked it's not mango tango he replied we have problem with machine, at bay st port melboun.and he charged me $7.90 for medium. It's not boost standard 10:40am 9/3/16
