The Coffee Club

Although it was very early, I still had to wipe down the table as there was still food stuck to it. Not the best start. My cappuccino was more of a flat white. My favourite part of one is the froth and there was none. I did enjoy the breakfast burger and it was probably the only good thing about the experience. Service was pretty disappointing as I stood waiting for some time while the two girls chatted away. Doesn’t hurt to give a little acknowledgment.

Big fan of The Coffee Club however, we won’t be returning here anytime soon. Service took ages. Food quality was poor as was presentation. Breakfast, poached egg came out boiled. Seriously, you need to use a food grade bleach and soak all your coffee cups as they are absolutely filthy dirty. Takeaway cups would have been more hygienic.

I ordered the cheeseburger which comes with chips. The chips I received were burnt and stale as if they were re-fried. I went up and asked for a partial refund and the most they could give me was $3.10. The lady then walked away and I asked if I could get more cause the chips was half my meal and it was ruined. A different person came and offered me a drink and seemed like he actually tried to compensate me. The first lady as she walked off had a big smile and walked to the kitchen and handed the chefs the meal. I could see through the window that the chefs were smiling as if it was a joke or funny to them. What a joke of a chef team. Never go to this coffee club ever. Disrespectful.

Highly disappointed to see the store closed before 5.30 pm on 26th June 2022 and planned closure time was 6pm. I rushed to this place with my family from lint south bank outlets which I found as permanently closed around 5pm. We like the product hence was searching but it’s highly unprofessional to close a store before it’s closing time.

This is by far the worst coffee club outlet I've been to. The staff remind me of deers caught in a cars headlights. Clueless. So I ordered a $9.90 egg & bacon bun with flat white coffee combo deal. 1st. The coffee arrives without the bread bun. 2nd. Almost 8mins later, I had to physically walk over and tell staff that my order was incomplete and that the bun was sitting on the shelf, so could I have it. 3rd. No serviettes were given with order. 4th. Sitting down to enjoy my purchase and to my amazement, it has no bacon. Now, I could have told staff, but the problem was my time was running out because I had to go to work. Had I told them, I'd have to wait longer for them to prepare another egg & bacon bun. Time that I did not have. Long story short... incompetent is how I'd describe the business practices of the establishment.
