Quick bite to eat as I head into a big day of meetings. Had skipped breakfast so grabbed something to go - a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich and hot chocolate. Unfortunately it wasn’t the greatest. All the food looked good on display but mine was a little over cooked and the hot chocolate wasn’t hot. Disappointing. Service was excellent. Location good. Wheelchair for fly. Kid friendly. There are so many eating places and so competition is good. Alas this was just average.

Went this morning 22nd December for breakfast. One staff member is more interested in her mobile phone than anything else. Bought the Full Aussie Big Breakfast deal which comes with a small coffee or tea or juice in which I chose the juice and then charges me more as it's a different juice but doesn't inform me. Breakfast was good except the hash brown was stone cold they gave me another one but no apology. Not impressed.

Visited early in the morning on our way through the station. Despite there only being 2 other people ordering food there, and at least 4 staff members, our food took a good 15 minutes to come out. My husband had a BLT, it was fine. We had 2 hashbrowns, one of which was burnt and bitter. Fine, whatever. I also had a ham and cheese croissant that looked fine until I bit into it and it was completely burnt on the bottom. I am not one to return things but it was so charcoal I couldn't eat it. And it was $7.50!! I took it back and said to the guy "I'm really sorry, I dont normally do this but my hashbrown was burnt and so it my croissant". He took the plate from me and turned away WITHOUT A SINGLE WORD and I had to call after him to say I had no time left to wait for a replacement and could I please just have the money back. He got it out of the till, shoved it in my hand and walked off. Not an apology, or a smile or anything. Honestly it's not hard to put a pre-prepared croissant in a toaster. It's also not hard to be a decent business owner and maybe apologise when you mess something up. There's HEAPS of other options at the station, don't bother with this noise.

Horrible food. Muffin and pizza wasn't baked properly. I couldn't eat the food after one bite. I wonder why people spend money over there. They have no professionalism. Rude staff specially the guy with the spectacles. Will never buy anything from this place.

*** LOCAL GUIDE, SMASHING REVIEWS.*** The staff are rude it's beyond a joke you work in food service, I have met mcdonald's staff with better customer service and tha'ts a fact of life. The food is average, but at the end of the day there's not much choice in this outlet, a lot of the food here is over priced but if I need something in a heartbeat here or soul origin is my go to place!

Great customer service. The girl who served me (wish I got her name) was very kind, looked at me, smiled and offered a drink. Exactly how customer service should be done. They always have delicious pizza on display 🍕

this place is EXTREMELY DIRTY. They don’t have washing machine, they clean all facilities with hands. Wipe water with super dirty dishcloth. All pizzas are placing bottom, above dusty floors. Their pizza, dry and dry. Not any flavor. Rolls, muffins, all things made on the dirty chopping board.

Served up raw bacon, sent back to kitchen, waitress returned after a few minutes with the same raw bacon. The table next to us left there egg and bacon sandwiches stating they were inedible👎
