Cafe Chinotto

I ate at Cafe Chinotto to this evening and experienced some of the worst customer service I can ever recall. The owner as it turns out was probably the rudest of what appeared to be two sisters. Some choice examples included me ordering a drink from one sister, the drink not arriving, going back to the till yet again and the other sister refusing to serve the drink until she has double checked I wasn't lying to her. There was actually some comedic value to the appalling service so if that's your thing there's plenty of mileage here. There are far better places to spend you hard earned money at - I most certainly will never return.

Appalling customer service Very rude staff- it's like they don't even want to serve you. My incident happened on 25 June 2017, when I went to Fed Square for the Sunday Design Market at around 14:00hrs. When I went inside the cafe, the lady behind the till rudely told me they don't take orders from inside, you have to place an order outside at the entrance. Yes it was a given that there was a sign saying this which I missed, however is there any reason to be rude? When I did go to order my coffee at the right place, the lady was doing some cash till work, and rudely told me to give her 1 minute, which I did. When I went back to her she told me, can't you see I am doing my work! I walked off without saying a word as the experience put me off. I wish there was a way to give negative stars as I would give them - 10 stars.
