Loved the atmosphere! There’s two options while din in which is on the table with chair and the other one you had to take off your shoes. Price is $$$. The premium wagyu was 10/10 for as it melt on your mouth. Just pre book before hand so you wont get disappointed if there’s no table during your arrival.

If you are buffet lover you might feel that “All you can eat” is not worth the price ($60 per person) But, there are several things I like here;
1. Customer Service, I was only reading the menu and thinking what to order, the staff came to our table without calling and assisted us to order. They are really really attentive to their customers.
2. Variety choices of menu, even though it’s not as much as some place I have been, but it’s enough to order and customer don’t waste times searching what to order. Besides easy to read and I like when they have photos on the menu.
3. Locations and ambiance is excellent, nothing to comment.
However, I have some feeling that wagyu from all you can eat is not the same grade with the a la carte menu. (Compared with menu photos only, and not an advice , only my feelings)
Sashimi set is fresh, but the fish is very small and you can’t change anything in the set, it have to be served like that.
The reason I gave 4 stars is that the overall experience is excellent but lack of enough wow factor (at this price).
My recommendation is that providing a choice of drinks and a choice of desserts per person should be included in the menu (limit one per customer). I believe It’s not only make customers feel wow but the restaurant will be benefit somehow( I would be better not to say).
Lastly I might not go back too soon but will definitely go back to try the a la carte menus later in the not near future.

I went to this restaurant on my husband's birthday.It was the first time for both of us. Clean shop, good service and very good staff members.

This was my first BBQ experience and I really enjoyed it! The service was friendly and attentive, wait times weren’t long at all (keep in mind we’d booked a table), ingredients were of good quality and prices were pretty good for the value! We definitely could’ve ordered more because their menu is huge but we were happy with most things.
Only criticism I’ll make is that the rice tasted ‘old’ - not fluffy or soft at all which was a shame. The small sashimi plate was tiny too, making us wish we’d ordered the large. However, overall it was great and I’d definitely come back!

We had the AYCE BBQ, overall was OK. The sashimi was tiny for each serve and they butchered the slices so much into tiny bits it wasn't really a good way to enjoy it. The meat selection was good but again, but too thinly and small slices. A lot of side dishes seemed to be your pre-made freezer pack food like croquet and takoyaki re-heated.
Edamame was just covered in pepper, first time in my life I didn't finish edamame.

The cuts and variety of beef were excellent at Shinbashi. The wagu was well marbled and melted in your mouth. The place has a great ambiance and the staff were very hospitable.
