In the middle of the hip NOLA Precinct, this cafe offers a quiet place to stop for coffee or tea. Selection of sandwiches, wraps and rolls plus a selection of cakes and other sweets. Ground floor of Building 80 of RMIT with direct entry off Swanston Street. Takeaway coffee beans freshly ground are also available.

Greeted in the most Melbourne way by the friendliest barista one could hope for. Sharul is an absolute legend and made ordering a morning coffee and a toasted croissant a total memory. 10/10 recommend!

We run Shut Up and Write sessions here every Wednesday morning from 9 am. We like it. The coffee is good, the wifi is fast and it isn't too crowded or noisy. Thanks, Vine, for hosting us.

i walked in and said to the man that i need something to eat that’s quick and easy because i had a tram to catch, he immediately helped me find something fast, told me exactly how long it will take and made it for me, he had a really good attitude and was super nice, overall great experience here, will be returning :)

Used to love this place but recently the coffee's gone downhill. Today morning was probably the fifth time I've purchased coffee that tasted like it was made from burnt rotten beans. I have lactose intolerance and shelled out the extra for plant-based milk but I'm quite certain the barista used/contaminated it with regular milk as I had severe abdominal pains all morning after drinking it. I keep giving this place chances because it's so convenient and I keep hoping it'll return to the old standards but I guess not anymore. I used to also think certain staff members (not all, there's a lovely lady who's there Tuesday afternoons who's wonderful) were racist but kept telling myself I'm probably reading too much into it, but looking at the other reviews here, it seems likely. I usually don't go to the bother of leaving bad reviews, but I really am just so disappointed.

Worse customer service ever. I am never coming back here again ever! Friday was my second visit to this cafe. I have previously been there and wasn't impressed with the customer services. I thought of giving them another chance to show me they have improved. And yet again I Had an Extremely disappointing take away coffee experience with these people. Their staffs were rude and coffee service was slow while there were not even many people lining up. It took them 15 mins and my coffee wasn't even ready. I approached the staffs at the cashier, none of them bothers to even look at me. Seriously, this is how you want to ruin somebody's Friday morning? I left without asking a refund as I was running late for work! May I suggest to the owner of this place - pleaae train your staffs to put a smile and greet their customers, that's the foundamental thing you have to do in F&B.

Poor service and expensive. I was asked to pick up my food in a cardboard box from the counter but they served another customer's food at the table with plates and all. The pastry I got was tiny compared to what was in the display. There are other places down Franklin St. and on Elizabeth St. that are well worth the 2-3 minute short walk.
