Lord Of The Fries

Actually pathetic. My first experience it took almost 20 minutes for food to come, missed my train. The second time I came I ordered Mac and cheese bites with chips and they gave me a box of chips only. Ripped off! Didn’t get to check the contents because I was rushing for the train but when I asked the man what was in the box he confirmed with me that it was what I ordered. He also was on his phone the entire time when I was waiting to order and whilst he was making it. Poor customer service.

So slow. so so so slow. Only 2 people working and they seemed like they didn't know what they were doing (training?) and they took 4 orders within the 30 minutes it took them to fulfill my order (1 burger and 1 hot dog) and every single order took 15 mins plus. mind you 2 people ordered in front of me and they weren't cooking any orders...and they also took 20+ minutes to complete their order too. Some of the slowest food in the CBD when it's right next to Flinders and people are waiting to get on their trains.

Another place to eat at Flinders Street station. There are many todo choose from all of them being fast food. I bought from the outside of the station but you can also purchase inside where the trains departs. Food choices are typical fried items and generally it’s average with food sometimes dry. Although when I complained one staff person was happy to give me a replacement lot of fries. Most staff are. Ice but some struggle with English. Prices reasonable. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Pram and stroller accessible.
