Order Batman edition Burger for my son who big fans of Batman. Very upset it wasn’t look like on the shop flyer, no Batman’s flag and very different whats on it. Bun, cheese and beef patty only.
To get Batman’s flag, we have to order for dining in but this shop currently not accepted dining in. They should put the Batman promotion down.

Went to Grill Balaclava Tuesday night and have the best customer service from the manager, his name is Daniel if I’m not wrong.
He was very attention to help us to pick our burgers. Food was delicious and great vibe; would recommend 100%!

We had a voucher from Grilld Camberwell because of a vegan burger that wasn’t vegan. We didn’t know it was only valid at Camberwell. And it doesn’t make sense either. It’s one company! After such a massive mistake at one of their restaurants, one would expect better. We had to pay. Last time Grilld!

Closed? Only opens at 4pm. Till 9pm? Don't bother guys. Waste of your investment. There's plenty of places to eat in Balaclava including burgers if you have a half hearted approach to opening and running a business.
Hope Grill'd HQ know about the lost business.

Really nice atmosphere, plenty of seating and wide walk ways so it's easy to move around. Great burgers!! Great service.

Table was disgusting condiments all dirty didn’t want to touch then and after a 30 min wait with only 5 sets of people In I got undercooked and burnt sweet potato fries. Safe to say wasn’t great!! On the plus side we did get the money back on the fries hence the 2 star. If I didn’t it would of been a 1 star. We did have to wait for 20 mins until the matter was resolved and we had to go to them to remind them .Not very good customer service. The burgers where good tho.
