WORST customer service ever from their manager Kim. Came here excitingly with my friend for the 30 cents wings offer but the customer service from their manager, Kim has put us off and We will never return to this place anymore. As the place got quite busy, the manager Kim told us IMPATIENTLY that we could only order 15 wings max per person and only minimum 5 wings for each flavour. she was constantly pushing us to make our order quickly. We were okay with it as we understand she might be a bit anxious because there was a short line behind us. So both of us planned to order 30 wings in total. We ordered 5 BBQ, 5 mango chilli, 5 mild, 5 original, 5 honey. As we didn’t know what other 5 flavours to pick, my friend asked the manager if we could add 3 more honey wings on top of the 5 honey wings we already ordered. Then she SHOUTED at us in front of all the customers and said ‘I already repeat a lot of times, minimum 5 wings for each flavour’. Hello? Isn’t 8 pieces of wings should be acceptable as she mentioned that the minimum order for each flavour is 5? I was so confused and tried to explained but the manager kept repeating the same thing, telling us there is a line at the back and her attitude made us very uneasy. We then told her we wanted another 5 honey wings, so that made it 30 wings in total. She told us the total bill was $10.5. I was confused again because it should be $9 ($0.30 x 30). When i was asking her about it, she became so angry and shouted ‘there’s a long line behind you blah blah blah’. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received in Melbourne. Will not return to this place. There are shops selling better chicken in Melbourne with MUCH BETTER customer service anyway.
