This restaurant used to be good before the pandemic, but they have new staff on the counter taking orders who are untrained, and do the job very poorly. In the last three times i have been there, in an effort to push on to the next customer, they failed to complete my order for two dishes, either missing it completely, or failing to write the dishes i requested on to the food box straight away which is the box given to the cook, or sometimes forgetting to do it. In my last three visits, I have been given dishes I did not order, and sometimes my order disappeared completely, and I had to go back and ask for it again. They are very efficient in taking payment, but do not take care to process one customer before turning to the next, or recording the order properly. The food is still the same as pre pandemic but the service is poor. And if you get a dish you did not order, and you do not like, then it is a waste of time. The prices have increased about 20% since pre pandemic. Another mistake the staff on the counter make is having one person start to take your order, but then passing you on to another staff before completing the task which invariably leads to mistakes.
