Restaurant which combines Vietnamese with the modern. Great tasting food and also quite large portions (for the bowls). Each dish also comes with a side of popcorn too! Staff here are friendly and very helpful too. Seating is limited, however if you get there early you should be able to secure yourself a spot during the lunchtime rush.

We walked pass this place almost every second day. It was on our way to the gym and next to one of our go-to Korean places (the lunch bar). It is an interesting one man shop. The chef cooks the food and serves at the same time. Rice bowl dishes are well made. The sauce is on the sweet side. I would probably call it Vietnamese fusion. Not a bad place for a quick bite.

Cozy place with great bold plates!
So you choose: Rolls or bowls!
Traditional roll or rice noodle bowl!! With Asian slaw, carrot, pickled red onion, sriracha-mayo (not spicy) and fresh (amazing) coriander
I had the Bbq chicken bowl - top seller?
Love the sweet popcorn on the side to finish.
The ginger beer is a perfect match for this plate!
Tip: seat on the window for a kind of better view to a pig in front 😉

I had the spicy pork bowl...it was amazing!
I am a big fan of traditional bun, and I am usually not a fan of any fusion or modern versions; this however was something else...fresh ingredients, unique flavor combinations and a decent spicy kick!
The location is great and the staff are really nice too.
Highly recommend.

It's not the cheapest but it's really filling and tasty! I had the pork belly on noodles bowl and really enjoy it! Liked the spicy pop corn and dinosaur toy that brought something fun to the table. Also, the very friendly staff is always a plus!

Very accommodating for vegan diets, there are 2 main meals that can be made vegan by asking the staff to omitt the mayo.
We ordered 2 of the satay tofu bowls with no mayo, however when it was brought over it contained mayo. The worker was excellent in rectifying the mistake by making the order again with no mayo, and he even gave us some potato gems on the side for free.
This place has great service, tasy food, good portion sizes, qnd theyre now open for weekday dinner as well as lunch!

For vegetarians, the satay tofu is a great option.
It gets busy during lunch rush, with not much space to dine in. So time it right if you want to sit and enjoy.

We ate at Paperboy and it was a bizarre experience. The restaurant was empty at about 8pm while many other restaurants on the street were very busy (which should have been an indication of what was to come).
We ordered two paper rolls which were tasty but very expensive at $9 for both.
And then the beef noodle bowl, and prawn rice bowl.
I had the beef noodles and it tasted ok. The beef was nice and tender but the dish was somewhat ruined by too much mayonaise.
My wife had the prawns and rice which was simply terrible. While the prawns were well cooked and fresh, the whole dish was covered in a horribly sweet tomato based sauce. My wife compared it to eating rice drenched in ketchup. Obviously this is not what we expected for an almost $20 dish.
