Love doesn't even begin to describe my feelings for this place. The staff members are always courteous, attentive and they remember you. It's a nice Italian restaurant with a lot of heart. There's plenty of space inside, and when Melbourne graces us with good weather, al fresco is definitely what you want. The food is very well seasoned, the portion sizes will put a smile on your face, the coffee will wake you right up and the pastries will make that smile linger. TL;DR get over here! - Scorpion

Came here for brunch, though it turned into lunch by the time our food arrived. They took our orders promptly but it was a whole hour before our food came! Other people were also disgruntled about the wait time, with one man yelling at the staff for not informing him of the wait. I understand it's busy and covid has invariably affected staff, but if you don't have staff, don't take on so many customers if you know you can't deliver prompt service. Eventually the waitresses informed new customers that food would be an hour wait. As for the food itself, it was quite bland. I ordered the egg and bacon croissant with hollandaise. The hollandaise was tasteless, as were the eggs. My Mum's toast was rock hard, essentially inedible. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Ordered a juice and got two in return, wasn't sure if our order was misheard but didn't get the opportunity to correct them as the waitress quickly disappeared after putting the drinks down. We decided to take and pay for both and enjoy our meal. Staff member later came and reprimanded us while we were eating because she apparently got in trouble for serving two juices. Don't blame customers for your mistakes, and a general rule of hospitality is don't yell at customers regardless of any errors made. This was so far beyond bad customer service it's difficult to believe. Food isn't good enough to ensure an experience like that, wouldn't recommend.
