Soul Origin

I was quite hungry on a late afternoon. Wanted something quick and easy, so I decided to try out their salads. Actually the salads looked great, and fairly priced, nothing wrong with their service as well. However the food got me disappointed, I got roasted vegetables and pesto pasta. I don’t think they put enough dressings on top, and the salads themselves have no flavour at all. Tasteless. Roasted potatoes were still hard. Didn’t even finish half of it. Really sad.

My wife decided with her mother to have lunch at Sole Origin Chadstone. She had ordered 2 salads and was asked what dressing she would like. She told the girl that she would like the dressing over half of the salad as the other half had mayonnaise. The girl poured the dressing over the lot. She asked my wife if she wanted a new one, my wife replied don't worry next time please do as asked. So they sat down to eat when one other staff possibly the manager asked if everything was OK. My wife replied it is fine don't worry. To which she insisted to know what happened. After my wife told her she proceeded to tell my wife that if she ever stepped foot in front of SOLE ORIGIN again she would have security remove her from the shopping centre. My mother-in-law was visibly shaken and they had to leave as she felt very anxious. Good work Soul Origin

Someone please tell me. What happen to this store. It was recommended to me. I had bring friends and we had been going almost every week to have lunch. Just Wednesday passed - I cant believe the salad was not fresh. It spoiled my day and coffee taste. The staff are super nice that I didnt have the heart to make a complaint. Please do not serve left overs or unfresh vegetables. We, Vegans, come for the fresh vegetables.
